DELIVERY INFORMATION

Daz Lighting will normally deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days for UK Mainlands. Non-UK mainland destinations may take an additional 1-5 days to arrive depending on the location. For any queries, please contact us.

CARRIAGE RATES

Delivery to UK Mainland: Free delivery on orders over £75

Orders under £75 carry a £5.99 delivery charge per order

Saturday delivery £20

 Delivery to Ireland (Northern and Southern): Free delivery on orders over £500

Northern: Orders under £500 carry a £13.99 delivery charge per order

Southern: Orders under £500 carry a £15 delivery charge per order

 Delivery to Isle of Man: Free delivery on orders over £750

Orders under £750 carry a £15 delivery charge per order

PLEASE NOTE

  • For Ireland customers you may incur charges when your order has reached customs in Ireland
  • For Scottish Highland customers we are charged higher rates by our couriers but we absorb these charges and ship items to the Highlands at the same rate as the rest of the UK. However, delivery time may take additional 2-5 days.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and would be grateful if you could check the contents of your delivery carefully within 24 hours of receipt. We operate an extended 30-day peace of mind returns policy for all products on our website from the date of purchase.

If you have any damages, faults or shortages you must report this within 14 working days as required under the Consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013. (This period starts the day after the goods were received). Daz Lighting cannot accept responsibility after this period.

If you wish to report missing, damaged, or faulty goods, please inform us in writing, by sending email to returns@dazlighting.com within 30 days, starting from the day following the delivery of your order. Please include your order number in the email. To enable us process your return, please respond with full details of the reason for the return.

Once the item(s) has been received back by us, it will be processed through our Returns Department (subject to compliance with our Terms and Conditions) including a full inspection and testing. Should your item be found faulty, or not up to the required standard, a credit will be issued within fourteen days including any applicable carriage charge. 

If the item is found not to be faulty and is up to the required standard, no refund will be issued. You will be contacted, and the item can be returned to you at your cost provided you confirm to do so within 14 days of notification. Following this period, the item(s) will be disposed of in accordance to the WEEE directive.

If you wish to return anything under our Change your Mind Guarantee, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. It is really important that we receive your returns in a saleable condition - with all the original manufacturer’s packaging (unmarked in any way and no labels attached), free issue bulbs (where applicable) accessories, and manuals complete and intact, otherwise this could affect your refund. Individual component parts of a "kit" cannot be returned, unfortunately.

For unwanted items, the customer is responsible for any return carriage. The total order amount, including the original delivery cost, are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 30 day return period.

Non-stock items, one-off items ordered as “specials” cannot be returned either.

If you need to re-seal the manufacturer's packaging, please only use the minimum amount of clear tape to secure it. Please do not write directly on product boxes, address labels etc. should only be placed on outer packaging.

Please ensure the product box is packed suitably for transit in an outer carton or bubble wrap.

We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria. This does not affect your statutory rights.
