I have not had a reply to the email I sent you?
We generally strive to answer all emails within 24 hours. However, we do apologize in advance if for any reason we are unable to answer as quickly as you may want it.

What Happens When I Place An Order?
Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you with details confirming the order. A further email will be sent once an order has been shipped.
Can I Cancel Or Amend My Order?
Yes, you can, but due to our quick and automated ordering process, it is important that you contact us immediately to ensure the order is properly cancelled or if you change your order.
What Happens If The Goods I Order Are Not In Stock?
At Daz Lighting, we generally dispatch orders within 3-5 working days, and if there is going to be a delay we will contact you by email or phone to advise you of the status of your order. If the delivery schedule we advise is unsuitable we will be happy to refund or amend your order.
